I am a mother of 2, wife and a real estate agent.
I started in the real estate industry back in 2013. My interest was sparked due to my own property investment – a freehold condo development bought under my husband’s name. It is currently being rented out.
Back then, we made a strategic move to park our monies in a property investment. We made that decision after careful calculations and planning.
Since then, I am happy to share the returns are paying off – it is very clear that those funds are working harder compared to being placed in the bank.
Before Joining Real Estate
I was in the pharmaceutical sales line for 9 years prior to joining real estate.
Before I sold property – I was selling drugs! Haha.
Interacting with doctors who liked to read scientific reports before making purchase decisions reminded me that they have a heavy burden to shoulder.
What they recommend to their patients in their course of treatment is something they must live with. It is not easy.
They have to behave ethically and uphold their professional oath to do no harm.
I am reminded of that when I started my next career as a real estate consultant. Recommending solutions for your future is something I don’t take lightly.

Over the past 7 years in real estate – I have picked up a lot of knowledge on property investment in the Singapore market.
Interacting with buyers and sellers – I know the challenges they face trying to navigate the confusing property market of cooling measures, demand and supply or just simply finding a good home to settle down with.
